Mayor Signs ATM Bill →
After nearly a month of deliberation, Mayor Bloomberg finally signed a bill that should rid New York’s sidewalks of those sketchy, sticker-laden ATMs used only by drunk people. I have an ATM card that waives fees - both a blessing and a curse.
